 We understand that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to provide cleaning services in pet-friendly homes. To ensure high-quality service and fairness to our team and clients, we have the following policy regarding pets and excessive pet hair:

Pet-Friendly Service

• Our staff is trained to work in homes with dogs, cats, and other common household pets.
• Please secure any pets that may be aggressive, overly curious, or interfere with the cleaning process.
• We do not clean up pet waste (feces, urine, or vomit) unless previously discussed and agreed upon for an additional fee.

Excessive Pet Hair

• Homes with significant pet hair accumulation may require additional time, supplies, and effort to clean properly.
• If excessive pet hair is present on furniture, carpets, or floors, we reserve the right to charge an additional flat fee of $50, depending on the extent of the buildup.

We offer flexible cleaning schedules to meet the unique needs of our clients. To ensure consistency, quality, and proper resource planning, we have the following policy regarding service frequency:

Service Frequency Options

We offer the following standard service frequencies:

• Weekly – Ideal for high-traffic homes or clients wanting consistent cleanliness.
• Biweekly (Every 2 weeks) – Our most popular option; balances cleanliness and cost-effectiveness.
• Monthly – Recommended for clients with low-traffic households or less frequent cleaning needs.
• One-Time or Occasional – Available for Basic cleans , deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, or special occasions.

Ensuring a smooth and secure entry to your home is essential for providing timely and efficient service. The following policy outlines our procedures and expectations for home access:

Client Presence

• Clients are welcome to be present during cleaning, but it is not required.
• If you plan to be home, please ensure the cleaning areas are accessible, and any pets are secured (see our Pet Policy).

Key Access

• Many clients choose to provide us with a key, keypad code, or smart lock access for recurring service.
• All keys and access information are securely labeled and stored. We do not label keys with identifying personal information.
• If you change your locks or access code, please inform us at least 24 hours before the next scheduled cleaning.

Entry Timing

• Cleaners typically arrive within a 1–2 hour arrival window depending on traffic and previous jobs.
• Clients will be notified in advance of the scheduled time, and any delays will be communicated promptly.hours 

Locked Out or No Entry

If we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time due to:

• A locked door,
• No key/code provided,
• Or no one answering the door (if required),

A lock-out fee of 50% of may be charged to cover travel time and lost wages. We appreciate your understanding as our time is scheduled for each visit.

Security and Privacy

• Our staff is trained to respect your privacy and handle your home with care.
• We close and lock all entry points upon departure unless instructed otherwise.
• We do not share access information with unauthorized individuals.

Company-Provided Equipment

In most standard cleaning service models, the cleaning company provides all necessary equipment and cleaning products, including:

• Vacuum cleaners, mops, buckets, brooms
• Cleaning agents (eco-friendly or standard, as requested)
• Disinfectants, sprays, microfiber cloths, gloves
• Specialty equipment (e.g., carpet cleaners, steamers), if required

Note: Some services (like post-construction cleaning or commercial jobs) may require advance notice for special tools.

Client-Provided Equipment (if requested or required)

Clients may request that their own equipment or cleaning supplies be used, for reasons such as:

• Allergies or sensitivities to certain products
• Preference for eco-friendly or brand-specific items
• Property access rules (e.g., condo buildings requiring HEPA vacuums)

In such cases:

• The client must ensure the equipment is in safe, working condition.
• The company is not liable for damage to client-provided equipment unless caused by negligence.

Damage or Malfunction

• The company maintains and sanitizes its own equipment regularly.
• If equipment malfunctions during service, a backup solution or rescheduling may be arranged.
• Cleaners are trained to handle equipment safely, and clients are responsible for informing the team of any delicate surfaces or material sensitivities.

Recording by the Cleaning Company

Our company may use audio or video recordings for the following purposes:

• Training and quality assurance
• Employee safety and incident documentation
• Client dispute resolution

However:

• No hidden recording is permitted. All recordings will be disclosed.
• Recordings will never be shared publicly without written client consent.
• Areas considered private (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms) will not be recorded without specific, documented consent.

Confidentiality and Privacy

• All team members are trained to respect the privacy of the homes they service.
• Any footage or recordings handled by the company will be kept confidential and used strictly for internal or legal purposes.
• Clients and cleaners both have the right to request a pause or removal of any recording in sensitive situations.

4. Legal Compliance

This policy is subject to local and federal laws governing recording, consent, and privacy. In two-party consent states, recording audio without consent of all parties may be illegal.

Consent Requirement: Clients will be asked to sign a release form or agree via email/text if recording is necessary for their service (e.g., documenting move-out condition or pre/post-cleaning).
